How to Book
1.Decide the room type and date you would like to stay then call us on 01253 721342 or email us at info@langdaleshotel.co.uk
2.We will then require a non refundable deposit of £20.00 per person or £50.00 per person for Christmas & New Year which will secure your reservation. You can pay over the phone with a credit or debit card. Or alternatively you may wish to send a cheque. Provisional bookings can be held for up to seven days.
3.Once we have received your deposit we will send you written confirmation. Please check to ensure that all the information is correct.
Information
We apologize for any inconvenience but all our bedrooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas.
On the date of arrival, rooms should be available for check in from 3:00pm, we will always endeavour to have rooms available before this but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this. For any guests wishing to arrive early, luggage can be stored. While you wait, why not enjoy a coffee or a snack in our pool-side café bar.
Our leisure facilities are complimentary to all residents. All children under 16 must be accompanied by a competent adult.
On the date of departure rooms must be vacated by 10:00am, as with check in, your luggage can be stored for late departure. Late departures may be available by prior arrangement.
We highly recommend that holiday insurance is taken out, as we may have to charge for cancellations. Please ask to see our cancellation policy.
